At ContaBuild, we value your privacy and data rights. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have the right to do so at any time.
What data will be deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Personal Profile: Your name, phone number, and account settings.
- Project Data: All projects, budgets, and tasks you have created.
- Financial Records: All expense and income transactions.
- Client & Worker Data: Any client or worker details stored in your directory.
- Images & Files: Any receipts or photos uploaded to the platform.
Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
How to request data deletion
Method 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open the ContaBuild App on your device.
- Go to Settings (Profile Icon).
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your action. Your data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Method 2: Via Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request manual deletion by contacting our support team:
- Email us at: bytesynctech@gmail.com
- Subject Line: Request for Account Deletion
- Please send the email from the same email address associated with your account, or mention your registered phone number for verification.
Data Retention Policy
Once a deletion request is confirmed, your data is removed from our active databases immediately. It may remain in our secure backup archives for up to 30 days before being completely purged, in accordance with our data retention policies.
